Nexal Aluminum ER4943/4043A Premium MIG wire
Nexalloy 4043A/4943 is an alternative to the 4043 alloy, offering 25% higher Ultimate Tensile Strength (UTS) and 50% higher yield strength in the as-welded condition. Like 4043, it provides moderate to high strength (typically 35 ksi), a low melting point, and high fluidity. However, it also has lower ductility, formability, and toughness, along with moderate electrical and thermal conductivity.
4043A/4943 is ideal for welding 1XXX, 3XXX, and 5XXX alloys with less than 3.0% Mg. Common applications include automotive frames, aerospace components, bicycles, concrete forms, and furniture.

Features of NEXALLOY ER4043A/4943:
